Bon-die, pronounced "Bonday", is a 20 year veteran of the hospitality industry who got his first taste of the business at age 13 delivering coupons door to door for a pizza franchise.

By age 21 he had his first consulting contract with a major franchisor of the popular Applebee's concept. Following a career in corporate management, Bon-die struck out to be an independent hospitality consultant offering services to new operators looking for expertise in various areas of operations and to existing operators simply looking for fresh perspective. Bon-die started his company, Bell Ringers P&G LLC, to be the parent company of both his consulting services and his sports bar concept, "Bell Ringers Pub and Grub".
