Discipling staff is not fun for anyone. However, it is important that when you do you follow correct procedures to protect both you and your staff. Advise staff of their Warning Notice Letter, why they have received it, what reprecussions there may be (if any) and keep a copy for yourself.

1.Provide you with a formal process for disciplining staff
2.Enable you to ensure your staff are aware of all aspects of their warning notice
3.Ensure you have a copy of procedures followed for the warning notice
